The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case no. 215/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim. The victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that on the request of the petitioner, the victim accompanied the petitioner and went to his house. She went to the house of his maternal aunt. The petitioner was asking the victim to marry. She further alleged that the petitioner did not sexually exploit her.

It appears that the victim is a major girt and she voluntarily went along with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44803 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 215/2015.
