Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 registered under sections 8, 20C, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45805 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8933 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S.
