Petitioner happens to be Manager-cum-Owner of a hotel, from which, co-accused were caught by the police in objectionable condition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the coaccused came at his hotel in guise of bona fide customers and the petitioner permitted them to stay in his hotel and except the aforesaid fault of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.
