Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioners by order dated 12.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 44933 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges against the petitioners have been framed on 17.01.2022. Since the charges have been framed, let the petitioners
