It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused Tuntun Sahani and Ram Pravesh Sahani and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. The above stated co-accused Tuntun Sahani and Ram Pravesh Sahani have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
