The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.9.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that one loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already been concluded and the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present case in which he is on bail.

Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded and the period under custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
