The issue in question is a policy matter to abide by the recommendations by experts and this Court, in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, does not deem it appropriate to go into the issues, which requires administrative expertise pertaining to the pattern of education, in a writ petition filed in public interest. The petition stands dismissed.
