The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. case No. 754 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Only 350 ml. liquor is said to have been recovered kept in a Thums Up bottle from the room of the petitioners and for that the petitioners, who are brothers, have been made accused in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that only 350

No.6721 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 ml of liquor kept in a Thums Up bottle was recovered from the room of the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. case No. 754 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
