2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 472 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 69, 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of promising marriage and, thereafter ,refusing to marry the victim after having established sexual relation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7630 of 2025(6) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 472 of 2024.
