JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar vs. The State of Bihar and Ors., reported in 2017 (5) SCC 387. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to give similar benefits as has been given to the appellant of the aforesaid case wherein the judgment has been rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 3rd July, 2017.

It is further directed that the consequential benefits, to which the petitioner is entitled, shall also be granted within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.6441 of 2018(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the present order.
