The petitioners, who are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, are in custody since 22.7.2014 in a case under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the prosecution, Gyatri Devi was burnt to death by her in-laws family.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 is a minor and is a school going boy.
In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of petitioner no.1 as mentioned above is refused with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months. Let the petitioner no.2 as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties
