The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1072 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498(A) and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, earlier, on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9927 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, has been settled and both are leading their conjugal life happily. The report of the Mediator of the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, dated 01.04.2019 also reflects that the dispute has been settled in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 and they are living together since 15.03.2019 peacefully and spending happy married life. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.1072 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
