This petitioner is not named in the FIR and the occurrence is said to have taken place in the year 2001 but the petitioner could be remanded in this case in the year 2015. The name of the petitioner came in the course of investigation. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was in judicial custody from 28.3.2003 to 22.1.2011 in Sangrampur P.S.
