2. It has been submitted by the petitioner that now the petitioner's land has been taken out of the restriction list and he has been able to execute sale deed.

3. In these circumstances, there is no need of passing any further order as the petitioner has already succeeded in the Title Suit No. 138 of 2003 and therefore, he cannot be stopped from dealing with the property which is the subject matter of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5621 of 2021(3) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 aforesaid Title Suit.
