2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2014 in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 336 of 1993 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is not FIR named accused and he had no knowledge about it as he was working in Himchal Pradesh and Kashmir. On coming to know about the pending case, he suo motu surrendered on 03.02. 2014 and since then he is in custody. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner (Raja Ram Chamar) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43155 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional District Judge, III, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with S. Trial No. 323 of 2014 (arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No.336 of 1993 with additional condition that the petitioner shall remain personally present on each and every date during the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
