JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is facing prosecution for offence under Sections 307,324,386,387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that he has a chequered criminal history of at least having four criminal case pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.08.2013, may renew his prayer for bail after completing two years period in judicial custody.
