JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is alleged to have killed his younger brother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact due to land dispute altercation took place between the petitioner and the deceased and in a sudden quarrel on the spur of moment petitioner pushed the deceased who fell down and died thereafter. He further submits that the police after thorough investigation has submitted chargesheet for the offence punishable under section 304 IPC against the petitioner. He is in custody since 6.11.2021.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I Gopalganj in Keteya Police Station Case No. 400 of 2021.
