JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 384, 379 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of demand of ransom and on refusal they assaulted the informant and co-accused Md. Mintu took out Rs.13,000/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no imminent threatening of life because of demand of ransom. He further submits that demand of ransom was not executed by the petitioner. Petitioner has

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 557 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
