2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.331 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341 / 323/325/307/504/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the cow of the neighbour of the informant entered in the court-yard of the informant and due to this, the dispute has arisen between the neighbours in which the informant side sustained injury.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel submits that the cause of dispute has already been stated in the FIR. He submits that due to this disput name of the entire family members has been added in this case. Counsel submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and false allegation of snatching of ornament has been made. Counsel submits that antecedents of the petitioners are clean and the petitioners are ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Three Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 331 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioners shall furnish a bond before the Trial Court
