2. The petitioners are in custody since 09.09.2014 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 for the offences alleged under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the main accusation of assault is against coaccused Gunesh Rai, who has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc.No.27168 of 2004. The accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Bambam

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44103 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Rai @ Bambam Kumar and Nagdeo Rai, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Singh No.3, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
