JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the other side.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.6.2014 in a case under section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been implicated on account of village politics. He further submits that admittedly there was some marpit between the girl and accused on account of which this case has been lodged. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Mokama Police station Case No. 110 of 2014, on the condition that he would report to the police station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42518 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 concerned once every two months till two witnesses are examined in the trial. The petitioner would also file affidavits to this effect in the court below.
