The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Kamlesh Yadav three years ago but her husband and other family members burnt her to death on 19.04.2015.

It is submitted that similarly situated accused Rajesh Yadav and Dharmendra Yadav brothers-in-law of the deceased have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is father-in-law and his case stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45306 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015.
