Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR, rather the accused persons, who snatched motorcycle of the informant are named in the FIR.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent. Only material is that the said motorcycle was recovered from house of this petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7733 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria Police Station Case No. 728 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
