The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is specific allegation against Krishan Kumar Yadav @ Kishan Yadav armed with knife reached there and ordered to kill him, in t he meantime, he inflicted knife blow three times on the stomach and chest of husband of the informant with intention to kill.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the other co-accused,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9398 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 who has been named in the F.I.R., has been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45453 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no overt act against the petitioner and the petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.III, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
