JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.357 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 401,413,414,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that the investigation is going on, petitioner is found to be involved in the murder and also that one weapon is found, which is required to be recovered, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly dismissed.
