2. In compliance with the order of this Court dated 28.07.2025, a supplementary show-cause affidavit has been filed in Court and the same is taken on record.

3. It has been informed to this Court that in respect to

Patna High Court MJC No.203 of 2022(4) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 revised gratuity and leave encashment, consequent upon ACP/MACP, the admissible amount of Rs. 52,983/- and Rs. 11,501/- was calculated and equally paid to four sons of the erstwhile employee, Late Ashok Kumar.

4. Learned Advocate for the University submitted that now the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the order of this Court has been complied in its letter and spirit.

5. Learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that just in a while he has received a show-cause affidavit and the same is required to be looked into.

6. Having considered the submissions set-forth and the averments made in the supplementary show-cause affidavit, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the proceeding. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed.

7. Suffice it to observe that if there is still any grievance, the petitioner has the remedy to approach before the competent authority.
