The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence of NP Bore Rifle on 30.07.2014 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Jehanabad (respondent no.3) to take a final decision in the matter on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
