The petitioner is aggrieved by exclusion of the voters from the voters list of Rajipur PACS.

In 2015, the petitioner and others were voters of Rajipur PACS, but in 2020 PACS election, petitioner and others were excluded from the voters list of the said PACS. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 2020 PACS election is over.

In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued in the present writ application.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ application stands disposed of.
