The petitioner has been arrested in Dagarua P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 registered under Sections 498 A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of demand and subjecting to cruelty against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to the released on provisional bail for two months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jeetendra Kumar, 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014, subject to the condition that petitioner will either keep the
