This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Whatever material against the petitioner is that he was said to have seen taking the victim along with other co-accused persons who have been granted bail vide orders dated 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40894 of 2014, 16.05.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50476 of 2012, 25.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20733 of 2014 and order dated 04.07.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23374 of 2013.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49791 of 2015 (4) dt.30-01-2016 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No. 63 of 2012.
