2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for granting the Respondent Authority to grant the benefit of second A.C.P. and after grant benefit of second A.C.P., other consequential benefits are also directed to be made.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that Government of Bihar has framed the Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 under which such type of matter comes within the jurisdiction of complaint and the said representation/complaint has to be filed before the Service
Patna High Court CWJC No.3238 of 2020(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 Grievances Redressal Authority.
4. It is directed that the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail his remedy under this law and the authority before whom the representation shall be filed, is directed to pass order within 60 days as mentioned in the said rule.
5. With this observation, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
