Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosed that she had gone outside of her house. Petitioner forcibly took her near a well but some how the victim managed to flee away. Victim has stated that petitioner did not do any illegal act. Petitioner has remained in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45085 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015.
