JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2023 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application for mutation filed by the petitioner before the Circle Officer, Patna (Annexure-R/4) is pending since 2017. Accordingly the prayer is for a direction to the Circle Officer, Patna, to dispose the mutation application filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.

Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in this writ application and the fact that mutation application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1827 of 2018(4) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 pending since 2017, the Circle Officer, Patna, is directed to dispose the mutation application filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
