2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons in the name of a bank namely Maa Kali Vikash Samiti fraudulently cheated the money of the people of the locality.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner has got no concern with the aforesaid bank/ organization. As a matter of fact, petitioner is owner of the house, where said bank/organization was functioning on rent. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 343 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
