JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 1.The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For directing the respondent authorities to declare the result of the petitioner as a successful candidate in the selection process conducted by the Respondent Selection Board for selection/appointment for the post of Constable in the State of Bihar in pursuant to the Advertisement No.01/2014.
(II) For directing the respondent authorities to select/appoint the petitioner on the post of ladies constable for which she has been found eligible but not place in the merit list."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
