JUSTICE RANA VIKRAM SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2026 Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel, duly assisted by Mr. Karu Kumar, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Anil Singh, learned Special Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the StateVigilance.

2. Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could commence his argument, learned Law Officer, representing the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, submits that in the case at hand, charges had already been framed on 11.09.2017 and thereafter seven witnesses were already examined out of total fifteen witnesses.

3. In view of the advance stage of trial, so pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance Investigation

No.47107 of 2016(5) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 Bureau, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant application with a liberty to raise all the grounds, as have been raised herein, before the competent Court at an appropriate stage.
