JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No..12352 of 2015 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Raj Kishore Kumar @ Raj Kishore Singh and Rohit Kumar Singh @ Rohit Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 to this petition.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46530 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.56 of 2015.
