Mr. Yogendra Kr. Singh (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 464 of 2009 for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he made an attempt to get himself admitted in BBA course on the basis of letter issued by the office of Hon'ble Chancellor which was found to be fake.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been admitted on the basis of alleged fake letter. He has joined the aforesaid course subsequently and completed the course.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13711 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this court.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 464 of 2009 on the condition that bailors should be the parents of the petitioner with other condition as enumerated under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
