This writ application has been filed seeking quashing of the order of the Additional Collector, Kaimur, Bhabhua, dated 24.08.2018, passed in Jamabandi Correction Case No.20 of 2016-17 in exercise of power under Section 9(1) of the Bihar Land Mutation Act.

The petitioner has alternative statutory remedy of appeal and revision under the Act.
