In the meanwhile keeping in view the averment made in paragraphs 6 and 11 of the counter affidavit filed by the State Government, which goes to show that F.I.R. in Doriganj police station bearing Doriganj P.S. Case No.236 of 2017 has been registered and for the illegality in question action has been taken against five persons, for the present no indulgence into the matter is called for.

However, investigation into the F.I.R. be concluded

Patna High Court CWJC No.15123 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 and after investigation challan filed in the court of competent jurisdiction within a reasonable period.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
