2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) for the issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents authorities as well as private respondents to give passage/ road to the petitioner which also is the easementary rights of the petitioner whereby the land has been blocked by all sides and the petitioners have no passage or way to communicate to the main road.

(ii) And/or pass such other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

3. The Sub Divisional Officer, Department of Revenue and Land Reforms Bihar, Darbhanga (respondent No.

3) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. With these observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
