One pistol containing two live 9 mm cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 12.07.2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Bhushan, J.M. 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.
