JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 4.1.2022, passed by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur in Case No. 35/2021-22 by filing appropriate Appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation and a reasoned

Patna High Court CWJC No.2463 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
