JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, one country made pistol with a live cartridge were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 02.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
