Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be the main assailant, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 pending in the Court of the SDJM, Birpur, District-Supaul is rejected.
