2. The present writ petition has been filed for doing mutation of the plot of petitioner situated at Ward No.17, Khata No.100, Plot No.1116, within Municipal Corporation - I, Hajipur, Vaishali vide registered Sale-deed dated 20.09.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Hajipur Sadar, District Vaishali (respondent no.5) is sitting tight over the application of petitioner which is Mutation Application No.7997 of 2022-23 since 09.10.2022.

Learned counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has been filed in this case and it has been stated in the said counter affidavit that due to some technical problem the case of petitioner could not be persuaded within time. He further submits that notices have issued in this matter to all concerned.

5. In this background, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Circle Officer, Hajipur Sadar, District Vaishali (respondent no.5) alongwith the copy of the order passed today by this Court and upon receiving the said order, the Circle Officer, Hajipur Sadar, District Vaishali (respondent no.5) shall fix a date according opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other parties and thereafter pass an order on the application of petitioner, maximum within 3 months from the date of production of copy of this order by the petitioner before him.

6. With this observation and direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
