This appeal is preferred against the order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Purnia, in connection with Purnia Mahila P.S. Case No.52 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 126, 115(2), 85, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 3(i) (r)(s) of the S.C./S.T. Act, by which the prayer of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail has been rejected. 3.

Though the allegation is of not getting married to the informant after they were in relationship but learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the informant jointly submit that the matter has been settled

Since both the parties have amicably settled their dispute, this appeal is allowed. Accordingly, the impugned order dated dated 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Purnia, in connection with Purnia Mahila P.S. Case No.52 of 2024, is hereby set aside. 5.

Let the appellant, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Purnia / concerned court below, in connection with Purnia Mahila P.S. Case No.52 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
