The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested in another case for recovery of arms and he is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession, the I.O. did not collect any other evidence. The petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Nokha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015.
