In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made by the informant his daughter, Vibha Kumari and niece, Usha Devi are students of Saramstapur High School, have gone to attend the school on 20th November 2014, but they did not return, shown his apprehension that the accused persons have taken away his daughter and niece for the purposes of marriage.

From the record it appears that Vibha Kumari claimed to be a major, has entered into marriage with the present petitioner and Usha Devi has also entered into marriage with

No.49775 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 Manjay Kumar and after marriage, she blessed with one child as has been stated in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any valid ground, the court below will have liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
