2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 05 of 2024 arising out of Rajauli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 8(b), 18, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 50 grams of contraband which is said to be opium milk from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 6.3.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Session Judge-1st, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with NDPS Case No. 05 of 2024 arising out of Rajauli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
